This appears to be a lithograph or etching of the central figure from a much larger composition by Louis Leopold Robert entitled, "L'arrivee des Moissonneurs dans le Marais Pontins" (The arrival of the Reapers in the Pontine Marshes). The entire composition can be seen more clearly here.
