Possibly a gravestone with the head of a Green Man

The Green Man is a mythic or pagan figure from folklore. Often found as decorative architectural carvings, the Green Man's foliate head can take many forms. The simplest depict a man's face surrounded by leaves, while more complex examples can have leaves for hair, or even have faces and hair made out of leaves.

Green Women are rare.
