St. Rumbold's Cathedral (Sint-Romboutskathedraal) in Mechelen, Belgium.

The tower in the photograph was built between 1452 to 1520. It replaced a much smaller tower which dated from 1220. When completed, it would have been the tallest tower in the world, at over 167 meters high.
