This object is part of Schaaf no. 776

Copy of a lithograph, “San Miguel de Guadalajara”, diminished in camera

Location: Spain

The lithograph Talbot photographed is from the portfolio, ‘España Artística y Monumental’ which was published in 1842. Talbot must therefore have taken this photograph some time after that date.

The lithographs are after original paintings by the Spanish artist, Don Genaro Pérez de Villa-Amil (1807-1854).
